The management is very finicky and look at throwing employees out for cost cutting. They have gotten rid of half the company, I wouldn’t contemplate joining them now because of this new management and the VC behind them is very focused on money making instead of cutting down on unecessary expenses such as Ferrari sponsorship. The CEO is very good at lying to employees on their faces on all hands calls and has been brought in to hack the company into pieces. No longer the Genesys it used to be. The India group is no better, it targets women who are on maternity leave and coerces them to leave once they are back. You are singled out if you critique their practices and only expect praise on GPTW surveys. Bad behaviour isn’t pulled up but encouraged. Internal promotions or transfers are discouraged by the local HR

The company is transparent in whatever they do and it is evident in the way they grow. Learning opportunities and new technologies are immense and if someone is looking for a stable learning and growth in their career. Genesys is the right place.
