No issues for holiday & they adjust holiday. also understand our problems. salary on time.

Most of employees are working in low salary. 12hrs working daily lot of time. salary increment not done every year, increment doing after 3 years they also very low. Force to work in Saturday Sunday n no pay for extra working.

Only good thing is their leave policy and cultural activities .

...n three years only if you have luck on your side. Job security is also an issue. After resignation FNF clearance time is 6 month according to company policy but still company don't willing to pay your FNF payment until you pressurise them daily.

No job security. No appraisal Higher management inc salary on prsonal relationship basis not on basis of work. If u take stand about these things u might be terminated or put on long leave

There is a good environment..but lot of politics are there.. But our teammates are so cooperative persons and Training was very excellent.

...re is really very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day. But salary was not increased after 1 year also and they are not given any bonus on diwali time when all companies would must be give bonus to all employees.

For women employees there is no growth. They don't consider women as their employees. They make you work for 12 13hr in company without any extra hour payment.

Dislikes

Salary will not come on time. If they promised you to give TA DA at the time of joining, they will never pay you that amount. In money matter, this company will promise you to pay a good buck,but they don't that.
