The most mismanaged ' laala ki dukaan' run by a highly egoistic, self loved, highly criticised, appreciation obsessed person. zero scope for self growth and learning. The worst part is that the owner knows all but still he is proud to be arrogant.

My teammates were very cooperative. The best thing about working at genesis was that there was no politics and the work environment was very positive. My seniors groomed me at every step and very patiently. The positive vibes enabled me to work in my own way which helped me give results efficiently.

Dislikes

I dont think there is much to say in disliking Genesis because this organization helped me understand my strengths and weaknesses and I have learnt a lot from here. Though there is one or the other managerial issues in every organization which resolves with time and which hardly hinders the growth of the organization as well as of the employees. So I would say everything is positive in working with Genesis Educates and especially Sahil Sir and Ankit Sir.
