...d, career growth for the Old employee was less in comparison to the New ones. Salary package was great as it's a premium luxury brand. S we had to travel for events which again was no problem and where we don't have politics it's every where. work environment was nice with minimal learning and work life balance was also good.

no training given, no product knowledge for new products, your career and growth depends upon how good your relations are with your brand head, appraisals are bad, so much of politics no innovative ideas

This organization has given me a platform to work professionally yet enhance my creative skills by giving me designers freedom to create and explore new trends and techniques.i have learned to design with given cost targets ,which has helped me to design with direction.My colleague s are very cooperative and have maintained healthy environment.I m able to innovate and present new design with various techniques which makes this brands stand apart in the corporate circle.

Dislikes

Lot of paperwork and documentation is being introduced by the management for creative staff which makes working a bit difficult and yet paper wastage too which is not good for our environment.

I had very good experience in satya paul it's a subsidiary of genesis colors

Nothing bad but these days satyapaul stores struggling with stuff. They haven't sufficient stuff in Mumbai ... if you are good then everybody will be good with you.
