Job security- you can be fired without reason Not even let you serve notice period Product not licensed or approved but with only fake documentation they are selling Illogical owner’s thinking about business No support and help provided Poor training No appraisal concept No HR or employee benefits Only Chaplose can work here and stay IF YOU JOIN HERE YOUR FUTURE IS FINISHED AND THEY DON’T EVEN CARE I wish I can give negative rating

Please don't spoil your carrier.They will not provide any support for increasing sales volume for assigned territory.Simply blame you .Am mentioned for sales Department only.Other things no idea.

Culture, highly political environment, management related issues. Very noisy. Try to make employees life difficult. No professional growth. Product are in very bad condition and not really at par with other Diagnostics competitors. Very depressing!
