If any one planing to work please don't they are lots of payment issue and the will never paid salary If they left the company. While working only Frist month salary will be time and and after that will delayed by three months

Delay in salary 2 to 3 months, no extra activities done in company, no celebration, D grade process of work, No bonus, no appreciation, politics, partiality.....

...first wage after atleast four months 2) Managers are only for big bol bachhans 3) They want everything on time, but when you ask them about salary they don't have answer 4) Now that you understand, if company is not capable to provide four month salary, forget about increment and appraisal 5) Once you leave an organization forget your full & final payment, I have been waiting for my full and final settlement for one & half year, no body pickup the calls, neither reply to your mails, incharges or manager under whom i worked simply raised his hands & told me mere hath mai kuch nahi 6) If you are currently unemployed, please don't join this company by their name, they will make you work and pay nothing & you regret 7) In my 12 year carrier in civil industry i never ever seen this type of company 8) If you see some great review, they are paid reviews and submitted by their family members or chatu employees

Zero career growth with this comapny Salary getting late every month (2 months late) Never expect increment and promotionl Lack management HR is only for name frame No training No benefits No mediclim

The management is of the belief that if you pay the salary on time, your employees become casual in their work. Can't work with delayed salaries. Some basic hygiene like timely salary, annual appraisal, good work culture, etc missing.

Dislikes

1. Biased view towards new employees. Old employees get an unfair advantage in terms of pay and leave policy. 2. Management feels people who sit late till night are the only one working. 3. Salaries delayed by multiple months.
