Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. How do you rate this salary jump?

General raj's, a person can have lot of learnings but teachers have no respect in school.

Dislikes

Teachers are not allowed to sit even. In an exam of three hours even teacheras can not sit. Even if it log out time... U need to take permission from senior people before living.. Just like slave.. Worst place to work as a teacher.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Too much work pressure,teachers are treated like slave once u entered the premises. Not allowed to talk with anyone , even can't go home after off timing before a so called administrator will allow u to go.Not at all friendly environment.
