The best part about General Motors is their work culture. They have best work culture in terms of inclusion, diversity, employee engagement and respect. Every seem to have career development plan and managers behave best of leadership practice.

Dislikes

The Salary in comparison to it's global competitive seems to be less but work culture they offer is great and peaceful. Also they don't have onsite opportunity for everyone

It was a matter of luck for us to work in General Motors. Because there was a beautiful environment to work. Working culture was great. I don't know where 18 years went. Thanks General Motors for making our life.

Dislikes

We were discriminated against in pay. Although we are seniors, we did not give the benefit of settlement as per rule. 9500/- per month as per rule and the company has not reimbursed us anything.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good work environment . Cafeteria maintain good . Other safety policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't solve the issues. Salary is not given 100% if he/her find covid 19 Negetive or Quarantine . Doing Mentally harassment about salary . No any positive sign during pandemic .

The company fire safety platform very nice compare all area company. I impress Employee nature very copratative with fire safety department & follows organization rule & regulations with support.Company all products high quality and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.
