Supporting all teammates and guide to work related issues, monthly training program conducted to the State office, I did not have a feeling of job security, very low career growth in this company, yearly 8% to 10% increment salary, traveling

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow the work pressure is very low.sometimes ,I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend customer calls in the sometimes.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global cilent base.
