The company has no work ethics, Saturdays are mandatory work day but without pay. The CEO does not know how to handle the company and micromanages a lot, the managers are also encouraged to micro manage by him. The pay is very less and infact the company owes a lot of its employees lakhs of money. There are lots of suppliers who visit the company almost everyday to clear their dues but dont get even a penny. There is no work life balance. My manager in particular used to just forward his boss's mails to me and get his work done by me.

No job security. No proper recognisation of work. Employees can expect a call of termination from Head of Software at any moment, saying "Due to company's financial crisis we have decided to layoff few employees and you have one month of time to find your new job". It does not matter how many years you worked for the company and how much critical situation you handled, they take no time to layoff if they decided to do so.. Company is following simple method with employees - Take new interns and don't convert to fulltime and then take new interns. Management is well known for it's promise breaking decisions. I have seen 3-4 batches of interns, no single intern got fulltime converted these days....

- Exploitative - Unstable Work on weekend and overtime are taken for granted, added with constant abuse and harrasment from management - Lack of technical knowledge by management - Requirement that changes every week. Head will shout in every review meet, contradicting the statements made by him in previous meetings - Flexible work timings as you work 24x7

Working Invorvnment very bad, Many toxic peoples are there, HR department is very bad, Management is very worst.

After lot of fake promises from the HR department I join the company and I feel why I join this shit company.Totely worst working invorvnment and lot of toxic employees are there. Never Ever join the company my review for everyone who wants to join this company.

Please don't apply for a job at GA as an android developer intern or android developer becuase manager will abuse you everyday and work culture is very bad. your internship will not convert as full time because they want only intern. After using you for approxmately 1 year as an intern, they will inform you that your internship can not be converted.
