I am writing this review again as my review was removed as I wasn't buttering in review . My review is still same . Please avoid this company if you are joining in procurement or any other operational department . Management has no knowledge of supply chain world . They think procurement has to work more than other dept for the company . I again repeat micromanaging exist here . You can find better place than this organisation .

Brand Equity in the market is good.

Management lacks the understanding of Life Science Business. Their main buisness in in Diagnostics. Less focus on team building. Low Retention of employees. The work culture is not stable. It keeps changing with the change of CEO.

HOD’s, they don’t know anything about the products and the market, Money minded, Money centric policies and procurement. Zero knowledge in Molecular diagnostics product development.

No Back office support for Sales and GEM , Sales person only need to look after sales, quotation, followup and payment collection Due to sales focus is complete loosing.No perfect prices.work is to slow fast working people get tied
