...g meetings and it is hard to complete the work when you are in meetings all day. There is no overtime pay.

I like the working culture and flexibility they provide to the employee understanding their priorities. Also they make the employee feel safe with job security and the information they provide about where is the company headed too and were are we standing.

Dislikes

I don't have dislike but a re work on the salary structure could help keep the employee happy to give their best and work more efficiently.

I don't see any dislikes. However, I believe that my current salary is slightly below the market rate for my level of experience and expertise.

Likes

- There is an appreciable amount of learning and lots of problem solving. - People are helpful and passionate about their work, and generally deliver above and beyond the requirements. - There is top to bottom transparency across all departments. - Leadership has a clear vision and a well defined roadmap. - Management will often prioritize quality over faster delivery. - Management is supportive and doesn't point fingers during unfavorable scenarios such as production issues. - Management appreciates and rewards exceptional performance. - There is no company politics.

Dislikes

- There is a little bit of pressure, as is expected in a product company. - Working from home can inadvertently lead to longer hours.

Likes

This company is undoubtedly the best IT product company any software engineer could ever dreamt of. I have been working here since around 1.5 years and I have experienced true nature of this company and core values. Work culture here gives you more flexiblity, personal-work life balance, amazing leaderships and transparency between people from top level to bottom level employees. Working here is like working with friends which makes your work more fun and interesting that way.
