To begin with my teammates, there is a wonderful team devoted towards the execution of projrcts. Who not only understand the need of the hour vis-a-vis the work is concerned but also understand the need of the person working with them. The Company offers a growth in the carrer and also helps in developing a very good personality of its staff. One get a feeling of being at home. It is one place where one get to learn a lot and the same learnt things cann be applied directly in the work to experience and enjoy. Perhaps the learning opportunities and teammates as described above comes because the place is blessed with harmony and no dirty politics exists. One gets an opportunity to try out something developed or innovative by him and also get an opportunity to learn from its outcome, may be good or may be bad. Gencon supports you in both the cases.
