Very bad culture, No career growth, very less salary, salary is calculated on daily hrs of working same like unskilled workers no fix salary. No weekday off. Treating like servants.

Rude Management and office workers, unhealthy and primitive work environment, 10.5 hours of shift never seen that anywhere in my life, 3rd class travelling bus, no canteen, no facilities, no increment for the common workers, it's literally a gov. Approved sweatshop, the hard working young men have no future in this company.

I appreciate working at Gemsons Precision Engineering because it offers continuous opportunities to develop both technical and communication skills. I have gained hands on experience with advanced machinery and improve my ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, making my work both challenging and fulfilling

Dislikes

One of the challenges that I have faced at Gemsons is the management style, which can something involved unfulfilled promises and overly strict polices like bonds, deduction for minor issues. Additionally, the focus on the growth is often determined by negative mindset and internal politics, which can hinder the productivity and a create a unwanted work environment which disturbs your personal as well as professional life. No work life balance they think all employees are slave.

Yes I love being an engineer. It is the profession I decided on for myself. Engineers solve problems that involve making the physical world adapt to the needs around us. I love solving those kinds of problems so it’s a great match.
