It's not very easy to put together a team of good people who are also efficient workers and GemsNY has done it quite successfully. The management is supportive and colleagues are all good.

I have always wanted to work in a work culture like this. The management is always so supportive and motivates to do better. No office politics and very dedicated team members who are always ready to help each other when in need. And a perfect work life balance. I am always grateful to the entire management for keeping up this work atmosphere.

The top management understand employee's issues and problems. The process of work is US based so the management is quite open to share opportunities to implement employee favorable things. Employees based related policies. Continious approach for adopting latest technologies. A right executive can reach to the management level in very short period of time.

Dislikes

Due to the transition phase the work pressure is bit high in comparasion of any MNC. Being a senior profile, I have to attend the calls and interact to Owners so sometime it takes time. Apart from that I am not seeing any issue in the company. I think it will happen when anyone will start interacting with Boss.
