The staff is good, friendly and very helpful. It is like a big huge family. English Department (Middle School) rocks. I loved the support from the seniors and supervisors. Talent is appreciated and you feel secure with prompt actions and an overall professional outlook.

Dislikes

I did D.Ed (Diploma in Education) for 2 years after 12th. However, this degree is not considered. Your graduate degree is one that carries weight and needs to be internal education, not distance or autonomous. Only then it is equivalent. The fact that I invested 2 years in regular education (D. Ed) and equipped myself to be a teacher is nowhere in the picture. Once I got professionally certified I am qualified to teach and thus took up a job. Completed graduation in English working hard and when it comes to Arts, even regular students hardly attend college. The fact that I received first class in my Bachelors is still nowhere in contemplation. If you have doubts about my capabilities, let me certify with an International English Language test such as IELTS, check my score, and then decide as it is also one of the benchmarks to not just prove your proficiency but also going further down getting your teacher's license. Well my degree was not equivalent and thus had to leave. There is no support given for someone single/overseas recruit to find another suitable placement. I was ready to do office/ admin job but there were no considerations from anyone. Thankfully I got to work in a reputed Dubai School with better perks, however, the journey has been a little tough.

I loved working with the little ones it gave me real happiness and joy to be around them, teaching and interacting with them on a daily basis.

Dislikes

There was nothing that l disliked about the kids or the school. It was a very welcoming environment.
