.... They approve your leave, but later they will deduct your amount for a leave 5. If you’re one minute late, then they will deduct half day salary 6. Body shaming By Rakesh Panchal 7. Once you’re in office, you can’t get out for a 15 minutes or 20 minutes for taking fresh air. Once you’re in your lock, you will feel like lock up. 8. They never show mercy if you have any urgent work or something 9. They hire you by making false promises, but once you join, they will deny everything, for example, they say that they have a Saturday off, but there is no Saturday off 9. Final point once you left from home to office, you never know that this is your last day in the office , I mean to say, they will remove you without prior notice

...h Panchal who is owner of company don't know how to talk. 2. No Job Security 3. 1 min late your half day salary deducted 4. They approve leave then while salary time they will deduct salary 5. Office is like jail you can't got out can't talk to each other 6. Toxic Environment 7. No appraisal 8. Fak promis while hiring ( They Promise Sat off but once you join their policy gets changed) 9. He is very rude with girls even he don't have manners how to talk to girls 10. Rakesh Panchal always threatening people by saying anything like maar dalunga n all 11. Never join this company

The culture of the company is growing and all the staff are very friendly. Board of management is also very friendly. The HR involves us with engaging activities on various celebrations like Diwali, Holi, etc Job security is there if you are loyal towards the company and work whole heartedly during office hours.

Working at Gemini Engi Fab Pvt Ltd has been a wonderful experience and they have been looking forward to growing into different markets I feel there is a good growth opportunity here and good amount responsibility which makes me feel like i am actually doing something of value
