... poor pantry. 5. They never give time to learn things. 6. Worst leave policy. 7. Salary on third business day of the month(Which is not good for EMI payers). 8. They fire employees often without any prior intimation and won't even give relieving letter. 9. No win-win concept is here. 10. No vacations, team-outs, lunch. Just work here and forget about all other things. 11. Work pressure. 12. No car parking also limited space for bike parking. 13. Micro management. 14. No payroll portal. 15. They never respect and care about employees. 16. No fun activities. 17. Very bad festival celebrations. 18. Company which think like, just do hard work and expect nothing back.

I would strongly recommend this company for all IT professionals who are willing to improve their learning and knowledge capability. And also it is in prime location.

I have been with Gembrill Technologies for above 8+ years. I would say its a fantastic journey so far with Gembrill. I have learned many technical skills in my career with Gembrill and still learning is going on and on. I should say Gembrill has provided very good platform and atmosphere to each and every employee. I dint find any partialism between the employees. Management is so friendly towards their employees.
