Career growth is stunted unless you are a techie and not interested in management roles. Recently, working style is getting impacted with some different management style (at least for sm group) which is not widely getting acceptance

It is great to work with gemalto I learned devops tool as I work with L1. If you are thinking about learning devops then it is only possible if you are part of TSH oempay MFS team If you are in some other L1 team you will not learn any thing except restart the service.

Manager will not see your work you have to do buttering if you want growth in L1 Other than MFS oempy TSH team all are bulshit.
