...ny is automobile company and recently started with good planning and ambitious.. Job security also fine because there is no contract basis but salary is not good. Politics is also so many is there. Work life is hard and over timing.

Getting salary very late. Growth is very slow. Ther is no on-job training for Freshers, hence senior folks lime me have to guide them step-by-step.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
