Salary hike is very very poor as I was working at Greater Noida site, there's politics is of next level, you'll get increment and in next salary increment will be revert, deserving don't get what they deserves actually. In the name of covid company ate huge amount of employees and still eating. In FnF they are not giving even your hard earned money (Ex-Gratia, PLP) in the name of covid and cash flow. At the time of appraisal some people get the increment and some not, even you are good performer but don't L**k the boot (Chamchagiri) of your boss forget about the increment. Timings can be changed any time depends upon project manager's mood. Salary will be deducted depends on project manager's mood.

...to 7:00 pm which is not good. As per Govt. 8 hours but they take 10 hours duty. If you come after 9:40 and Goes 7:30 pm in 3 days per week than your 1 day salary deducted. The PM of GEM monitored employees in and out time. The Laptop's are old and not maintained. No IT staff of GEM checks that.
