I like compensation which provide on sunday.

Dislikes

Management is very poor.in my observation they never visit.never send any single mail.but staff is totally horrable but no option because old employees.timing is also not good and HR Also never deduct if anyone present late. Before joining please confirm computer available or not.because when i am working with gem i was facing problem regarding computer.i was using system which used another person.

Does not have any job security. Senior fired you at any silly reason. No other benefits like pf.medical n all. No scope for career development. Many people just harrased Junior staff for doing any type of work. Worst organization
