Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Having the capacity through out UAE and also exporting to Oman. We had the capacity to be the best in the market and our customers where the best in the country Carrefour and Lulu to name a few.

Dislikes

Salary was getting delayed from one month to two months. Cyclical out of stock scenario ruined the business for that specific time frame and to many govt documents had been expired.
