It's a nice place to work with very less or no work pressure from anyone there. It's a small standalone PG college with a moderately good number of admissions. Students have freedom to attend or not the classes. Only thing expected from the teaching staff is, take the classes without missing, adapt any style of teaching as long as you keep the students excited and interesting g at claases.However, the classes are run well for whoever attends the classes. So, working there would not be any difficult. At the same time, there is no much excitement at work. No challenges and hence no rewards. So, I suggest, those who want a very good Work-life balance, who doesn't need much earnings, who expect dignity at work can consider this for sure.

No scope for growth, no much learning, no special recognition, no rewards, no much earnings.
