You don't need knowledge of subject to work there. Only two things required to survive there. First is politics and second thing is you should be sycophant. Your roles and responsibilities decided by your junior staff. If you want to work here then be prepared to take responsibilities of all wrong things because everyone is correct except you.

I was very happy to be working with geetanjali salon firm . As it helped me for to learn and develop my skills . It was great opportunity to be a part of them.

No job security, They can fire you without warning even on simplest of mistake. You can't raise voice or have an opinion. Just agree on everything like a obedient cow.
