They just look ways to deduct your salary and to give you a continuous mental pressure. They keep a buffer of 15 days salary like if you work for 45 days and you get paid for 30 days only after multiple unnecessary deductions.

The rating is 100% fake, they force each employee to mark rating 5. They give cash in hand and salary date is always extended to after 15+ (and plus they keep the salary on hold) they fire anytime without any prior notice, change the teams, no support.. every rating written is here not true trust me guys. It's better you do not choose this company, rather being unemployed is better.

No Job Safety / Not Sure If you will get your salary or not.. There is no growth in the company. No ESI No PF No extra Other Benefits. Working Environment is very Poor Only Show Off....HR are very poor. There is no benefit to join this company. If they will give your salary then it will be in Cheque or cash. New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
