• They give salary in cash so don't expect that they give your salary in your account. • I don't like the working environment. • Company politics are there in the company. • Some of the employees don't have manners about how to talk to others. • They put pressure on the employees to generate sales. • Unprofessional behaviour of the staff. • They hire a bouncer in the company who is very Pathetic and doesn't have any manners about how to talk to the employees. He always threatening employees that don't break any rule or I will throw you outside the company. So this is the company culture. • They always close the main entrance gate so that no one can go outside the company between the working hours. • Working hours timing is not fixed - 10 am to 7-9 pm. (the average shift timing is 10 hours. • HR tells lies while hiring people because they have to fulfill their monthly targets. All the points I mentioned above according to my personal experience. This review is only for the sales department. I don't know much about the HR department or Digital Marketing Department but yea I know that they can't give a competitive salary to the digital marketer freshers or HR freshers.

Joining time is different commitment and after not completed. Salary hold in a first month without notice & do more pressure by all staff Geetanjali. They don’t support team & didn’t give salary last month of Geetanjali working. & no timing is decide morning sharp 10 o’clock and evening no time to leave 8,9,10 o’clock

They just look ways to deduct your salary and to give you a continuous mental pressure. They keep a buffer of 15 days salary like if you work for 45 days and you get paid for 30 days only after multiple unnecessary deductions.

...for these extra days and if you ask for leave from one hr the other hr still deduct salary.

There is nothing to be liked in this company, everything mentioned with review is fake. Kindly do not Choose guys, especially freshers, be aware!

The rating is 100% fake, they force each employee to mark rating 5. They give cash in hand and salary date is always extended to after 15+ (and plus they keep the salary on hold) they fire anytime without any prior notice, change the teams, no support.. every rating written is here not true trust me guys. It's better you do not choose this company, rather being unemployed is better.

No Job Safety / Not Sure If you will get your salary or not.. There is no growth in the company. No ESI No PF No extra Other Benefits. Working Environment is very Poor Only Show Off....HR are very poor. There is no benefit to join this company. If they will give your salary then it will be in Cheque or cash. They don't have payroll team for disbursal of salary in account. Very Unprofessional Company don't have any management/ hirerachy...
