There is nothing to like about the company.

Dislikes

All the emp are on off role. Getting salary after 20th of every month. Getting expense after 3 months. No service after sale. Claim settlement takes more than 6 months. Company is least bother abt the emp.

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Comot policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of a politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

I like about working at geep industries pvt ltd that is, the people who is working here is very supportive and kind nature, nd I feel so comfortable to work here .

Dislikes

There is nothing like which I dislike here.but 1 thing which I noticed that there is need of some manpower.
