Unlike other company they always pay salary on time that was the only good thing about this company..

Work life it's mostly on rotation shift and one doesn't get proper social life as you never know when your shift will be extended and when your off need to be compromised..they make you work for extra hours instead of paying overtime will ask to redeem those overtime sometimes by letting you go early an hour or 2 not more then that..as they don't have budget to pay overtime money for employees.. Salary Benefits: To enjoy this benefit you need to be well obeyed staff and puppets of the senior and do as they ask you to then only you are eligible for better benefits.. And yes their HR is just for name sake as she too can't stand for the rights and talk openly with the Higher management or GM as she have a fear of loosing her job.. Promotion & Appraisal: They promote only the puppets or bootlicker instead of someone who had given all of their time and dedication for the betterment. Job Security: If they want to fire you, then they will even mention that you were not punctual at work whether it was years back..I have seen some managers who were friends of the area managers attimes when they were late things were handled casually..but yes again it's connections that can save you not you hardwork and efforts. Skills & Learning: They are a big ZERO when it comes to training and development as not a single staff have ever received a proper training or and proper product knowledge. Day 1 of joining sign the rule book and get your uniform, Hit the floor, learn and work by yourself or YouTube.. Any no role of training and development by HR😂😂 Company Culture: Pathetic, unprofessional, non-organised.
