The work culture and environment in this company is worst. They think employees are their puppest. No working flexible hours, only 2 WFH in a month where as the kind of profile and work the give can easily be done at home. Office is full of politics and favoritism. Manger's favourite will be promoted and appraised. They want employees to work like donkeys for them. HR does nothing as she is the puppet of management. Mental harassment is at peak and nobody will be there to help you.

If you are a workaholic person and loves to keep your mind busy all the time then join this company. It will help you a lot to learn new things about education industry and will keep you busy all the time.

Dislikes

...y solution. And you have to spend more than 8 hours shift to complete your work. No appreciation of work no incentives no extra pay poor appraisals.

Nothing..I got my salary credited on 3rd of March and then I left

Worst training..first they say application process then they start with the target and sales, then they start with calling even though not informed in interview..Also they work off shift like 4am in the morning

The only good part is that the salary is credited on s fixed time, but still they cut a lot of TDS.

Dislikes

There is no professionalism in the work and you cant find anything in a proper way. The same person is assigned with lot many duties than what is said. They will torture you if you point out something that is wrong from their end. Work life balance is 0 . Phone calls at night also. They consider people as machines. No holidays given. If you take a leave they will ask you to compensate on some other day. Too much office politics.

Working is good. Flexible timings. Branch head and other employees are really good no matter which branch you are in.

Dislikes

Salary increment is poor. Salary crediting keeps fluctuating. Growth opportunities are only available at the head office.
