If you are 45+ and looking for an organization where you can just sit and take salary with some politics, good to go

Not good hikes, not good for learning new technologies, not good retention policy, no value for mid level resources, they prefer to hire new resources at low salary in place of giving hikes to existing ones. Management will not support you even in case of emergency there is no work from home. The reviews you are seeing there, mostly fake which HR team put over there.

Everything except compensation. If you know how to say 'YES' to everything what your senior says then this is the place for you else don't waste your time. Also, don't forget to use anti venom pills as you are mostly surrounded by snakes at work.

It’s a five day working organisation and salary comes on time.

Dislikes

No growth culture, management don’t listen anything about the challenges you face at workplace. Hell lots of politics going around and no work life balance just one mistake and they fire you. Generally they will provide you cold data of poor countries only and if you are unable to convert a sale they will fire you. It’s not a organisation wherein you can work for a long time. You can’t even use your mobile during working hours and they don’t appreciate if you will discuss something with your colleague. You need to ask for every single break and need to attend torture every morning in the form of meeting.

...g & leaders in the global market for 13 years now, hence Gedu has job security. Salary is credited on time here. The company is working on good policies and gradually sharing the same with employees - They should speed up this process - Good benefits & policies will bring greater job satisfaction. Gedu's business concept in education domain is very impressive and a hit.
