Sooo many dislikes are there. ... Where to start😊 First and foremost things company culture is very bad people are buttering their upper management and get the promotion. Secondly, those people who really want to work ethically and with integrity they can't survive as upper management will push only those who are buttering them and hardworking people will get demotivated as you won't get any appreciation or reward of your work. Third, only 1 skills will develop i.e., how to buttering upper management. Fourth, though you are not following buttering culture so obviously job security will already be not there for you. Fifth, its a veryyyy small company so people are veryyyy keen to know everyone's personal life. Sixth, no growth are there if you are not buttering your upper management. Last but not least no incentives in sales.

... company is located at a beautiful place with some really great infrastructure. Salary on time with a supportive team. Overall a good company to work and grow if you're a professional looking for learnings and growth.

Nothing to dislike as such. More initiatives in terms of Employee Welfare can make it to be the best amidst the competitors/

Everything except compensation. If you know how to say 'YES' to everything what your senior says then this is the place for you else don't waste your time. Also, don't forget to use anti venom pills as you are mostly surrounded by snakes at work.

...g & leaders in the global market for 13 years now, hence Gedu has job security. Salary is credited on time here. The company is working on good policies and gradually sharing the same with employees - They should speed up this process - Good benefits & policies will bring greater job satisfaction. Gedu's business concept in education domain is very impressive and a hit.

Everyone is same for Managment who working for 13 months who joined recently all will got 5 % increment even the inflation rate is 7-8 %. Top management change the rating without informing the Reporting manger. Thye set the example 2-3 person can't feed the dog but no one is responsible for feeding dog means no one is responsible for the deliveries of Project. top leave highering only their know people of other org and no one is joining in the IT team from last 90 days every one reads the review and don't join the company. No one in the PMo team is having any certification in the Project Managment and don't even know how to use the jira confluence. No matter how much you dedicatedly work they will give you 2 -3 rating on 2 rating you will not get any hike and on 3 you will get 5 % and on 4 if you are a chatu employe you will got 15-20 % hike. 5 lk is getting 5 % and 50 lakh is also getting 5% hike every one is same.
