Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Dumbest work culture with idiot's all over the company, specially the senior's and the support team, this company is nothing but a lifetime shit with no mercy, Pressurized work, salary for all the associates is the same even if you have more than 10yrs of experience, they will still give you the same salary, 0% job security and 100% slavery, think before you join.
