Job security and salary is good and I mean really good.

Work pressure is much more than the actual work. Need to prepare multiple data with different name but all those data has the same information and asked why do we have to create so much data and answer is like " Tum ko karna padega"

Gebbs instills a high level of discipline in freshers which is missing in other companies. These habits Commad a lot of respect for Gebbs ex-employees in the next organization

Dislikes

A lot of cost cutting on transportation combined with lack of trust for giving work from home to users and lack of support from managers puts us in an awkward situation

Transport facility is very good, transport and admin guys are very co operative.

Dislikes

Shift timing, salary gets deducted incorrectly every month, if target not achieved: will be marked half day, unnecessary extension of shift everyday, favouritism, AM consuming tobacco on work floor, consuming substance and coming to office, bad hr policies, etc

Opportunities for growth, n number of IJP'S, Salary hikes, rehire absconded employees as well...

Dislikes

Management specially new managers always implements new and work loading culture. Refuse to provide smooth work culture.

Good work environment. All good with this company only the draw back is don't give good compensation for the existing employees those who have done more than 3 years.

Only for the package. Insurance is worst. Partiality is worst here.
