At first I liked the company because process trainers are good(but it's a honeypot trap) later when I moved into production things got worse.

Dislikes

Although I'm always meeting my targets production and quality both, but most of the employees are facing salary deductions on daily basis, there is a rule where users need to meet atleast 85% of their target to mark full day present( which we are able to do by extending 12 hours long shifts almost everyday and no extra mile or incentives at all because for that you need to meet your monthly 100% target which is impossible) salary deductions are very common here, management is extremely unprofessional, I personally never take any unplanned leaves, always meet my targets yet even if I have an infection my manager will not grant me a day off, rather blackmail me to put my salary on hold, trust me your efforts don't matter, your records don't matter, nothing matters, if you are reading this please leave this company because I am going to do the same, I am also going to run a campaign through my network to boycott this company unless they improve their management and make changes to policies which are leading to salary deductions and mental harrasment, Thank you God bless you!

Having good environment, fun to work with good incentives but limited.

Salary is low as per work, target base job if target not met salary get deducted, they say its open door policy, but if u try to reach management or hr, they will busy all the time.

Actually I wanted to do night shift and when I joined this company a vibe came from inside that I can achieve something here and i will become successfull here 1 years has passed postive still and waiting and trying my best for that vibes moment.

Salary issue only rest everything is fine Salary gets deducted and when I joined they offered me 16k till training and said after 6 months from joining from 7th month i will get 18k salary and bonus incentive that's different but after 6 months i am getting salary 16k and incentive and bonus separately...

Teammates are supportive and management is little strict. There is huge cafeteria.

Salary is less and expectations are high. Salary depends on target. If u don't acheive daily Target you'll be marked absent or half-day.

It was good experience to work with Gebbs. Gebbs is providing highest quality of training to his all the employees. Also appreciating all the employees for their efforts through monthly RnR Gebbs have more than 58 processes.

Dislikes

... lockdown some client were not allowing for work from home due to data security. Hence they have putted some employees for no work no pay policy. So employees have left their jobs. Overall Gebbs is good company to work.
