...get is completion is introduced quite after my year is been almost completed. Our salary started to dedicate, due Idle time, if the mail (referral) is not in list how can we work, so obvious it will mark a idle time, some of days where work flow is an average. Daily 365+ referrals were received, and we use to respond and create a referral. Process is sorted but managers and team leaders, are used to do favouritism to the particular users, if the person is form favour list is coming late or change the shifts at any time, taking an unplanned leave and not informing, extend the 1 hour break more than once instance, this kind of users are very special, why i don't know ?. They even don't get warning if someone like me inform to the manager about the matter, they will explain you about the process what's the money we are generating per dollar?, example in my case, my team leader Neha Lalwani raise my complete to assistant manager about the my break scheduled, is used to take a break for about 55 minutes in 9 Hrs shift, but at once I take the break i never get up from my chair, but i used to take whole to my lunch and other's user will take break like eg. Smoke break, Breakfast Break, Tea Break, Washroom Break, Langdi Kho Kho Break, Nuni lasun sab break. And always they are extended there break more than me, when i have conversation with the Mr.Wasim Baig, i tell him to look out the other users, at the meeting room he explained me Hermann Ebbinghaus, forgetting curve and David Ricardo Labor Theory of Value. Afterwards it feels so bad. when i tell him I know both theories. This thing cause due to Sagar Padhy 🐽 He is Sasu of E Referral Process, A matchbox.

Salary will be given on time.

Dislikes

We have to be on system for 7.55Hrs. We have to come down for dinner from 3rd floor or 4th floor. No stairs to come down. We have to wait in cafeteria for seats. Few managers don't know how to talk with their subordinates. Example - Feroz

Gebbs instills a high level of discipline in freshers which is missing in other companies. These habits Commad a lot of respect for Gebbs ex-employees in the next organization

Dislikes

A lot of cost cutting on transportation combined with lack of trust for giving work from home to users and lack of support from managers puts us in an awkward situation

Likes

Transport facility is very good, transport and admin guys are very co operative.

Dislikes

Shift timing, salary gets deducted incorrectly every month, if target not achieved: will be marked half day, unnecessary extension of shift everyday, favouritism, AM consuming tobacco on work floor, consuming substance and coming to office, bad hr policies, etc

Likes

...ork best to provide pickup -drop to all employees. They are taking care of that. No salary issue.

Dislikes

...nd some are going to end soon. there are no hike no growth no skill development. Unless and until u have to just work for 8hrs and taking salary upto 12k Or 15k only not more than that. Don't waste your valuable time in this company.
