Salary was good. Job is pretty much secured. If your manager has any issues with you, you can speak to Hr and Hr will help you to move to a different project. Have IJP on regular basis. Chances to grow is pretty much more as compared to other organisations

...t our TARGETS which is not right. Every day is not a good to achive our targets. Even if we meeting targets of 40% we are getting loss of pay for that particular day but still over organization is earing profit then why they are not paying to there employees and this is since 2019, which is a pathetic policy which has to change.

Rcm training is excellent and work place is good also office premises is good.

management and politics also they are paying less salary for fresher also they are paying as per your production count that is not good i have never seen in any other organization this rule and appraisal is not good highest appraisal is 1700rs. Which is not acceptable.

We have to be on system for 7.55Hrs. We have to come down for dinner from 3rd floor or 4th floor. No stairs to come down. We have to wait in cafeteria for seats. Few managers don't know how to talk with their subordinates. Example - Feroz

Gebbs instills a high level of discipline in freshers which is missing in other companies. These habits Commad a lot of respect for Gebbs ex-employees in the next organization

Dislikes

A lot of cost cutting on transportation combined with lack of trust for giving work from home to users and lack of support from managers puts us in an awkward situation
