Company doesn't support employees, they change policies at their will and pay less than 50% based on targets especially during covid pandemic.. management will never answer to calls messages or even emails which is pathetic, has a bad experience, hope others have better..

So much to say, salary issue every month, no help after you hit the floor from youre TL manager even Also HR, no happy environment, worst experience to work

I like nothing about working with gebbs. And they are supporting me by deducting salary and also not providing any medical benefits for covid 19

Everything as they deduct salary for no reason and when asked for a proper reason they say we are reviewing it but the result never comes

Fellow teammates and colleagues. Managers, team leaders, trainers I have here are very supportive and friendly.

You have to work extra hours. Put in 120% effort. Just to get your salary. If you don't meet your targets on daily basis your salary will be cut short. For ex. If your target is 40 and you don't achieve atleast 50% which is 20 in this case you won't get that days salary despite working for 12 hours. and if you achieve 50% but don't achieve atleast 85% of your target you will get half day salary for that day. It is very depressing when you put in all your effort and still you don't get paid.

Salary cutting TLs are rude specially Madhavi Salary deduction for silly issues Allocation is not maintained and distribution is not good TL are pain in head Shift extend without any prior notice Quality analyst behave as if they run the company No professional behaviour People misuse there position for personal grudges Saturday extend or salary deduction
