You have to work extra hours. Put in 120% effort. Just to get your salary. If you don't meet your targets on daily basis your salary will be cut short. For ex. If your target is 40 and you don't achieve atleast 50% which is 20 in this case you won't get that days salary despite working for 12 hours. and if you achieve 50% but don't achieve atleast 85% of your target you will get half day salary for that day.
