So do not go gaga if you get good salary you have to work at least three times more than what you are doing in your current organisation. Management - this is the great joke here. Actually, there is no management in India. They are just messengers who convey the decision taken either in Europe or US for Indian businesses. Benefits - safety. security. insurance. Health Insurance. Travel policies are so flexible there is no limitation on hotel booking flight booking any expense you done for business you will just get reimburse without any worry. Flexibility - yes there is flexibility because you have to work 24/7. you can choose any time to work. there is no limitation of time coz you will have work which will not get end in one day. The good thing is they do not monitor attendance and Punch. Work life balance - is for certain your profile and Rolls only 90% employees do not have any work life balance. Pros- Over all this company is very good in terms of flexibility safety personal security social security family health insurance travel flexibility work flexibility. Cons - however in terms of career growth, job rotation, work life balance, increment, promotion and job security the company falls down so much.

Work life balance is less than zero, job security is extremely negative, career growth is not that much if you dont oil your manager, company culture is terrible, everybody will point fingure at you in the board meetings and managerment makes sure that those who do not oil managers are systematically demotivated and periodically devastated so that their output gets decreased and they can be sacked with no explanation whatsoever.

Inability to manage and maintain product portfolio. Too many changes and uncertainties in product roadmap and product evolution, leading to skill erosion and upskilling issues. Divide in managing disparities between core and non-core skills and performances leading to stagnation in growth of mid senior level teams.
