They listen to the problem of the employees and works towards it to find solutions. You can balance your work and life. Lots of learning possibilities. People around are very friendly. Freshers are hired and trained.

The career growth of employees should be considered and reviewed periodically. Salary/appraisal, and training should be of prime importance which was heavily lacking earlier.
