At start, I had like to work here but day by day it's going to be worst.

No professionalism. No job security. After resignation they will not provide you a proper documents on time. No work life balance. It's just like a prison. They will torture, They will take advantage of your problem. They always watch you on cameras what you are doing. Day by day company is going in worst phase just because of one person. If they don't like they will fire you. It's doesn't matter how hardworking you are. They are boss still they backbiting shit about you, They always talk lie about you on the other people's, like area women's talking in group. And also, Increment is not based on your performance, it's based on how you licking their feet.
