Hopeless management, no vision, weird behaviour about employees, no support to employees, childish behaviour of ceo, if they are not able to give appraisal then they terminate employees.

Work culture is quite good and work life balance is satisfactory. Job security is decent.

Dislikes

Growth and learning is slow, not enough space to learn and grow within company. Chances of promotions are very less as not much space in higher management but one can expect increments time to time as per the performance.
