The work culture is generally positive. I appreciate having my own dedicated responsibilities as a photographer and editor, which allows me to focus on my tasks effectively. Our director Ashish Sir, has been very supportive. His leadership is motivating, and he always makes time to listen to any concerns we may have, which is greatly appreciated. Being the sole person responsible for photography , editing creative work has given me the chance to work independently and improve my skills at my own pace.

Dislikes

Additionally, considering I am the only person handling all photography and editing-related tasks, I believe a higher salary would better reflect the level of responsibility I manage. As someone in a non-sales role, I believe having Saturdays off would help improve work-life balance and overall job satisfaction, as I currently only have Sundays off.
