No Work Life Balance Need to work on weekends Managers never understand your problem they only want work Leaves are not approved, even if you take leave you should give production for that day even for the sick leave. Need to work 12 hours every day

Dislikes

They consider you don't have life and you are robot. Unrealistic targets, you have to work 12/14 hours even in weekend. They don't give leaves even in emergency. You have to do your manager's work as well. Very poor management. No perks and very low insurance.

Bonus and not much benifits and salary hike is quite minimal as compared to competitive companies in same industry

There is job security, work life balance, the company policies are not harsh. The team is quite encouraging and supportive. No complaints in work life balance

The dislikes are poor salary and peanut appraisals and monotonous work.
