This arrangement will be made by the higher management so that you cannot work or find work elsewhere, and they will try to destroy your career. Difficult to believe then ask the ex employees then you will get the clear picture. 2. Low quality of services they are providing. 3. No appraisal and fake commitment. 4. No job security. 5. Bad politics. 6. This company has done no good to anyone till date, only exploiting people. 7. No further goles.

During my time there, I faced significant mental harassment, which had a profound impact on my well-being. It is disheartening to admit that the top management, who happened to be relatives and beneficiaries of nepotism, were involved in these unfortunate circumstances. This created an environment where external staff were consistently targeted as scapegoats, with false accusations being made against them without hesitation. It became apparent that the organization's interests took precedence over justice and fairness.

No work culture. Politics at every stake. Most of the people working their without any required education background for his work . Most of the higher officials are product of nepotism.
