Everything thing is fine but 1 thing is missing. There should be a rejoin policy. If anyone left job from this hospital by any serious issue or for any medical condition and didn't work anywhere. If he or she want to rejoin (if vacancy is there)on the same post then company should give 1 more chance.

Some rules which haven't mentioned at the time of joining:- 1. In account department no progress there. 2. Highly political department is account department. 3. Team mates are in apathetic and horrible state of mind. 4. Highly educated people are not survive there. 5. If employees talk to each other from different department it's a crime there. 6. No one is talking about progress, growth, and team work. 7. Every body is busy with creating mess environment and pathetic surroundings. 8. In account department "Mental harassment" Is on top. 9. You can't survive there if you are "professional" "Intelligent" "Growth seeker" "Non political" Etc. 10. Please change the HOD account for better growth of humanity there.

Some departments like Pathology,Medicine, Pediatrics & Radiology doing excellent. Job security- good. Appraisal is good,but not on the basis of work. One has to cultivate learning & innovation.Management not prepared to spend for research, travel or personal career growth.

Little cooperation from teammates.Politics is just horrible.One has to take care. Individual is solely responsible for learning, development of work enviornment, innovation & work - life balance.
