Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

If you are a Housewife/mother or you have some other business or job as well, then gcrg is the place for you. Because taking leaves is not an issue here.

...ings to be disliked about GCRG. I'm mentioning that in the following points. 1. You never get salary at time. You will get January's salary in maybe June or July or even later. And that's not sometimes. It's like always the same. You'll always get your salary after 4-6 months. So if salary is the only way for your family, then never come here. 2. You can never keep your point in front of your seniors, because they are always right. Either you keep nodding your head otherwise you're out. 3. There are some people who are on high position in this institution and they are only degrading this place and filling their own pockets. 4. If by any chance you say anything infront of someone and if it hurts the ego of the seniors even if you're correct,you'll be shown the door asap. So there's no job security here. 5. Now suppose when you're thrown out of this place, ofcourse you'll want your due salary. You'll get it definitely but may be after 6 months or maybe after a year and that too when you are constantly calling them and going there maybe twice a month or more. Only then you'll be eligible for it and if you don't ask for it, just like I did, you won't get it. So choice is all yours. Best of luck!!!

The institute is far from the main city, and the institute do not pay their employees on time salary. If one want to start the career but without thinking of the salary, one may go and join the institute.

College have large premises only. There are no one who actually cares about ur education they mean only their money . Many students drop out and some left because of poor managment .

Dislikes

College is not student friendly. Mainly the engineering student who want to take admission please ask passout students. My opinion u should avoid.
