...r issues. HR noting to know jo khudh ka bhala nhi kr Paya kisi or ka kya krega .low salary and career growth is very slow. Uneducated logo se site run krwate h jinki khudh ki respect nhi wo logo ki kya krege.

Nothing First 10 days they show you are a very important person to them and treat well after few days real face will unveil.

Dislikes

...er involves in the politics with their old employees to harass of new employees. Salary never received on time. No job security they can fire you immediately if they don't like you or you want to give suggestions to management because management thinks they are God. No professional work culture. A professional can not survive in this organization. Never ever join such lala company (its not a company it's a baniya's shop) You will get difficulties to get new job after working here.

It's pleasure to work with this company. The work-life balance is great, specially the knowledge I have gained here is great and still learning, implementing. Overall I have gained knowledge about planning, management, structure, leading skills.

Dislikes

There's nothing to dislike about it. But for my opinion I would like to explore a little bit. Honestly there's nothing to dislike here.

This is not a organised construction company, if you work in GCKC you will feel like you are doing a job under subcontractors firm

They need to improve there facilities for employees,like proper accommodation, need to improve food quality, family accommodation and most important they must need to create work environment like a professional, you can't learn in this company and many more dislikes...
