Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Here it is that to say about job security is temporary because there will be no growth and the working role will be same there will be no promotions according to the developing skills aslo exists.work culture will be good and the management also good.

Dislikes

There is no career growth and promotions even developed skills exists in the employee and there I can't grow and develop my phase of knowledge.
